Mr. Joseph A. Cacciatore's Obituary
Cacciatore, Joseph Anthony, 81, Passed away peacefully Thursday morning, January 22, surrounded by his family. He was born and raised in Tampa. He graduated from Jesuit High School and attended the University of Tampa. He was drafted into the army. He was a master meat cutter and business owner. He was always positive, generous, thoughtful, and kind. He loved the lord and had great faith. He enjoyed listening to his military marching band music.
He was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather, who adored his family. He is survived by his wife Carmen, married for 56 years and two sons, Joseph A. Cacciatore Jr. (Linda) and Michael A. Cacciatore (Andrea). He had three grandchildren Jason, Pamela, and Alexandria.
Pallbearers will be Jason Cacciatore, Ron Cacciatore, Julio Alvarez, Vince Tuzzolino, Jeff Smith, Jimmy Alvarez, Paul Alvarez, and Joseph Alvarez. Honorary pallbearer James Alvarez.
Visitation and funeral services will be on Wednesday, January 28th at 10 am at Boza and Roel Funeral Home at 4730 N. Armenia Ave. Tampa, FL 33603. Graveside services will follow immediately at Garden of Memories Cemetery at 4207 East Lake Ave. Tampa, FL 33610.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Moffit Cancer Center Research Dept. or Fisher Center for Alzheimer’s Research Foundation.
