Mr. Jose M. Rodriguez's Obituary
Rodriguez, Jose M., 94, of Oldsmar, FL, formerly of Tampa, FL, passed away Mar. 20, 2015. Mr. Rodriguez is preceded in death by his daughter: Martha Rodriguez. Survivors include his wife: Martha A. Rodriguez, sons: Jose Rodriguez, Jr. (Maria) and Estevan Rodriguez, brother: Rene "Pepe" Rodriguez, grandchildren: Vivian Rodriguez, Alberto Canamero (Lisa), Ruben Rodriguez (Andreana) and Carlos Perez (Diana). Mr. Rodriguez graduated from the Cuban Naval Academy in 1944 and attained the rank of admiral in the Cuban Navy. He was a business owner in Miami from the 60's through the early 80's before moving to Tampa to complete his business ventures and his retirement. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Mar. 24, 2015 from 12 to 2 PM at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 N. Armenia Ave., Tampa, FL. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM, Tuesday at the funeral home chapel. Entombment will follow in Garden of Memories. In lieu of flowers contributions to the Alzheimer's Association, 14010 Roosevelt Blvd., Suite 709, Clearwater, FL 33762-3820 would be appreciated.
