PEREZ Jr., Jose J., 59, of Tampa, passed away Friday, April 21, 2017. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Sherrie Perez; 4 children, Angela Perez-Chanthavong (Dar); Alicia Huynh (Thanh); Jose J. Perez III; Mylissa Perez; 5 Grandchildren, Damion, Ayden, Maddox, Symple, Breasia; 3 sisters, and his father, Jose J. Perez Sr. The family will receive friends for Visitation Friday, April 28, 2017 between 6 and 9 PM at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 North Armenia Avenue, Tampa. Funeral Services will be Saturday, April 29, at 10 AM at the funeral home, followed by Interment at Garden of Memories Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
