Even though I was not related to him; he treated me like it. He would tell me that he wanted to come to South Carolina and go hunting with me. I really wish that he did. He loved his family.
TO JOHN’S FAMILY,
I WILL REMEMBER JOHN AS A DEDICATED MEMBER OF THE HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE,
A FUN GUY TO BE AROUND, ALWAYS PLEASANT AND
POLITE, LOVED AND SIMPLY A NICE PERSON.
MAY GOD BE WITH FAMILY MEMBERS DURING THIS SAD TIME.
JOE CHILLURA AND OUR FAMILY ✝️️
Dad,
My hero's and role models weren't baseball players, football players, musicians or for that matter anyone else. You always from a little boy, to this day, and always were my hero and role model. You set the bar high for me and everyone you befriended. You were loved by so many and gave of yourself to all without a flinch. The community and kids were always your passion and you gave a 100 fold to it. I am so proud to be your son. I'd give anything to talk to you now and kiss you on the forehead again. Thank you for all you did for me and JoAnna, all you gave us, and more importantly what you instilled in us. Family, Loyalty, Honesty, and integrity were traits you lived by. I love you Dad more then can ever be measured. You will always live in my heart and always walk with me side by side.
I love you Dad, I miss you so much already. Till we meet again.
Your Son
