Mrs. Joan D. Cook's Obituary
Cook, Mrs. Joan D., 74, of Wesley Chapel, FL passed away peacefully surrounded by family July 11, 2015. Joan was a graduate from Sacred Heart Academy. Joan is retired from Target. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward J. Cook, sister, Delores Stark, brother, Lavergne Ward, brother-in-law, Gene Cook and sister-in-law, Marie Cook. Survivors include her daughter, Lorrie Allen, sons, Tommy Cook (Susan) and Philip Cook (Kim), sister, Ann Barrett (Basil), grandchildren, Kristin Cook, Aleena Allen, Ryan Cook, Tricia Zane and Christian Newton, great grandchildren, Eli Jones, Lila Jones, Zachary Newton and Brantley Harrison, brother-in-law, John Cook, sisters-in-law, Agnes Cook, Dolores Label and Fran Sproul. The family will receive friends Friday from 6 to 8 PM at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 N. Armenia Ave., Tampa, FL. A Funeral Mass for the repose of her soul will be celebrated at 12 PM on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 5225 N. Himes Ave., Tampa, FL 33614. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories.
