OSBORNE, MSG Jesse H., 86, of St. Petersburg, passed away Friday, July 29, 2016. He was preceded in death by his son Jesse L. Osborne. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Margaret Osborne; 4 children, Alice M. Oelslager (Darrell), Peggy A. Osborne, Carol L. Katz (Frank), Jesse J. Osborne; 4 grandchildren, John, Amber, Nicole and Sarah; 2 great grandchildren, Aiden and Christian; many nieces, nephews and friends. The family will have Full Military Interment Rites Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at 2 PM at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102 Avenue, Bushnell, FL. Jesse retired from the US Army. He was a highly decorated heroic veteran and completed two combat tours in Vietnam. He was a loyal patriot and devoted husband and father. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
