Jeffrey K. Atteberry's Obituary
Jeffrey Kyle Atteberry, 51, of Tampa, FL, passed away Sunday, March 11, 2012, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa. Kyle was born March 5, 1961, to E.H. "Duby" and Edna Messersmith Atteberry, in Carmi, IL. Kyle was baptized at First Christian Church in Hobbs, NM and was a member of Sons of the American Legion. He married Robin Hendrick in 1989 and they conceived one child Jacob Kyle. They were later divorced in 2001. Kyle was a loving father to Jacob. He never met a stranger and was a friend to many. He enjoyed being with friends, playing cards, fishing, hunting and was an avid sports fan. Kyle grew up in Hobbs, NM and was an A&P Technician working in Lakewood, CO, Indianapolis, IN, and Tampa, FL, recently employed by Pemco World Services. Kyle is survived by his son, Jacob Kyle "Jake", of the home, his father, E.H. Atteberry, Carmi, IL, two sisters, Pam Jackson and Becki Munholland (Larry), Healdton, OK, and one brother, Brad Atteberry (Darlene), Littleton, CO. Nieces Kim Channel (Darron), Mandy Munholland, Hailey Atteberry. Nephews Mike Jackson, Chris Jackson, Greg (Angie) Munholland, Jeff (Jennifer) Munholland, Garrett Atteberry, and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his mother. Visitation and services for Kyle will be held at Boza and Roel Funeral Home, 4730 North Armenia Avenue. Tampa. FL, 33603 on Thursday, March 15, from 6-8 PM.
