Jeanette Midulla Leone's Obituary
Jeanette M. Leone 87, loving wife, mother and nana passed away peacefully on August 4, 2022. She was blessed by her loving husband of 66 years, Salvatore Leone. Together with Sam, they lived the “American Dream” by together working hard to provide and care for their growing family. Jean’s greatest joy was the love of her family. She always wanted her children and grandchildren close, whether at the beach house or in Tampa. She was the best nana to her five grandchildren; whom she dearly loved. Jean was a happy, sweet and a beautiful wife, mother and nana whose smile would light up a room. She taught her family the true meaning of love and they were blessed to have had her in their lives. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten and will live in our hearts until we are together again. She was predeceased by her husband Salvatore and her son, Anthony J. Leone. She is survived by her brother-in-law, James Leone; daughters, Patrizia Messina (Michael) and Jeanine Gresham (Jack); grandchildren, Anthony (A. J.) Leone, Michael Messina (Annette), Jenna Leone, Sara Jennewein (Andrew), and Caroline Gresham; and great-grandchildren, Michael and Lila Messina and Eloise Jennewein. She will be also be missed by many relatives and extended family. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 11 at Boza & Roel Funeral Home from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. with Services at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery. In lieu flowers, donations may be made to the Florida Gulf Coast Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
