Mrs. Jean P. De Salvo-Locke's Obituary
Di Salvo-Locke, Jean P., 81, of Tampa, passed away on March 9, 2010. She was born July 10, 1928 in Alessandria Della Rocca, Sicily, and moved to New York at age 4. She moved to Tampa in 1948 upon her marriage to Tony Di Salvo. She was preceded in death by husbands Tony Di Salvo and Jack Locke. She retired from General Telephone as an executive secretary after 30 years of service. She is survived by her son, Tony Di Salvo and his wife Susan, two grandchildren, Melissa Fernandez and husband Raymond, Dylana Robertson and husband Dean, four great grandchildren, Marley, Raymond, Nicholas and Fisher; nephew Fred De Busciglia. The family will receive friends for Visitation Friday, March 12, 2010 between 6 and 8 PM, with a Wake service at 7 PM all at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 N. Armenia Avenue, Tampa. Graveside services will be Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 1 PM at Orange Springs Cemetery in Orange Springs, FL. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Suncoast Hospice, 5771 Roosevelt Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33760.
