My father was hired by IG in the mid 60s as the dry cleaner for the plant on Macdill Ave. IG was not only a great, caring boss, he was a true friend to my family. When it was too rainy for me to walk to school IG would come personally and drive me to school as my Dad couldn't leave his equipment running to come home and take me. I can't count the number of times he helped my family. Sadly, my parents divorced in 1975 and we moved and lost contact with IG when he started his auto parts business. God has certainly gained another angel. Prayers to his family.
