Patterson, Harriet Rose Kircher (Edwards)
Harriet left this world on November 9th to be in a better place. She is pre-desceased, by her parents Edwin Kircher Sr and Rose Meglio Kircher, her brother Edwin Jr. and both of her husbands James Medley Edwards and C.W. Columbus (Pat) Patterson Along with one step child Kenneth Patterson. Survived by her son James Robert Edwards, Grandson Andrew Jefferson Edwards and Gilbert Dennis Reeber, Great grand children Joseph and Anna Edwards. Also survived by her Patterson stepchildren of Pati and Bill Deluca of Port St Lucie .Linda and Joe Greno of Tampa.Tom Patterson of Thonotosassa. Ann and Dave Crane of Cheyenne Wyoming. Along with 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren
Harriet was born November 26, 1922 in New York City. In 1940 she graduated from Gulf High School in New Port Richey. The family then moved to Tampa permanently in 1942. She then enrolled in the Keller Nursing School near Davis Island at the start of World War II. She met her first husband at a dance at Drew Field and married during the War. In 1964 she went to work for Thornton Laboratories and rose from bookkeeper to Board Member retiring after 29 years. She was a member of St Lawrence Parish. She loved her family and her many animals. She showed kindness and care for all.
Services will be Boza & Roel Funeral Home 4730 N. Armenia Ave. Viewing will take place Monday November 14 6-8pm with Catholic Funeral Service on November 15 2pm followed by graveside service.
