Guillermo Lazaro Aldazabal's Obituary
Guillermo Aldazabal age 83 originally of Havana,Cuba died peacefully at his home on November 23, 2024 surrounded by his family.
Guillermo was born August 24,1941 in Havana to Jose and Isabel Aldazabal. He attended the El Institute de la Vibora in Havana before leaving Cuba in 1959 and moving to Mexico City where he was eternally grateful to meet his wife of 58 years Ana Maria Aldazabal. Guillermo and Ana moved to Tampa and were married at Sacred Heart Catholic church on December 10, 1966.
Guillermo studied electronics and eventually became an electronics technical specialist working for Sound and Signal Systems his entire career. He was a perfectionist who believed if you can’t do something right you should not do it all. He loved his family above anything else and would do anything to spend time with them or help them with anything that broke. He was equally gracious with his friends and neighbors and took great joy in helping others.
Guillermo is survived by his loving wife, his children Carlos and Ana A. Riddell, his grandchildren Jaqueline, Joseph, Karina, Alex, Ashley, Victoria, Christopher, and Juliet, great granddaughter Elena, as well as his sister Lourdes. He was predeceased by his son Guillermo A. Aldazabal (2001).
A funeral service will be held November 29th at 10 am at Boza & Roel funeral home followed by funeral services at 11am. Graveside will be at Garden of Memories Cemetery at 12:30pm.
