Frank, also known as Tio Frank to many of us, was a special inspiration to 18 students and faculty from Cathedral High School in Indianapolis In when we met at the St. Francis Hogar in June 2007. Frank was so affectionately loved by the children at the Peruvian Hogar, who would laugh and greet him with shrieks of glee and calls of "Tio Frank, Tio Frank." He also traveled to Indianapolis to speak with heartfelt conviction to our student body of 1300 students about his call to service in November 2007. My family and I considered Frank to be a special friend whose unlikely acquaintance in Peru was another one of God's blessings in our lives. My husband and I spoke with him about two weeks ago. The world has lost a special humanitarian who brought a message of love and support to the Hogar and the ccmmunity of Chaclacayo. The rest of us will need to continue his supportive work. To the Frank's family and grandchildren, we send a special hug. It is very hard to lose one's father in the unexpected moment. He spoke of each of you with such love, right along with the Rays! We would like to stay in contact with you.

Frank, Thanks for all your years of service and support for the troops. They always enjoyed the events you put on for them. And most importantly, thanks for being a friend. I enjoyed our times at the Military Affairs Committee meetings and events. You will be missed. Rusty

May God bless Frank's soul. He was a wonderful friend to my family and the best god father a person could have! Our thoughts and prayers are with you, and we are sharing the burden of this great grief. May God bless you.
Mark, I'm thinking of you and your family with deepest Sympathy. I know words can not ease the loss you bear, but I hope it brings some comfort to know that your friends at American Airlines care. May you and your family find strength, peace and comfort in those memories you had with your dad. My sincere condolences, Cathy Hall (AFW/American Airlines)
Mark please except our sincere condolances from the whole shop here at AFW. Our hearts are with you in your time of loss
I was so fortunate to spend the last 6 years as Frank's summer pal and friend/neighbor at Gulf 5000. Before that, we served on AUSA and Military Council together and his mentoring was so important to me. His goodness improved everything about me and my family. He has taught me how to give to and care of others. Almost every day, we read the papers and discussed ways to improve the world. His lesson to us all is his loyalty to his friends and his family. A man of extreme faith who I know for sure was not afraid to pass into after life! I sure know that I am afraid of not having him here anymore to be my best friend.........
A truly nice person and whose friendship we will always cherish. Leonard Levy
