Mr. Frank George Guida's Obituary
GUIDA, Frank George, 76, of Tampa, FL passed away April 28, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Palmira Guida and sisters, Gerry and Gaida Guida. Survivors include his wife Mildred Guida, daughter, Kim Guida Cahill (Tom), sons, George K. Guida and Frankie Guida (Brandy), grandchildren, Alan, Ashley, Amber, Kevin, Alex, Nikki and Francesca, brother, George "Bebe" Guida and sister, Lorraine Diecidue (Al). Frank was a very devoted husband, father and grandfather. Frank was very involved in many civic community activities over the years. He was a member of the West Tampa Optimist Club and won numerous awards including the Outstanding Citizen of West Tampa Award in 1971 and the Boys Club Bronze Keystone Award. The family will receive friends from 2 PM until 4 PM when a service will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 N. Armenia Ave. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories. Pallbearers include: Alan Ford, Kevin Guida, Tom Cahill, Al Diecidue, George "Bebe" Guida, Sam Rodriguez and Vince Muto. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to either the American Parkinson Disease Association, Parkinson Plaza, 135 Parkinson Ave., Staten Island, NY 10305 or the Arthritis Foundation, P.O. Box 96280, Washington, DC 20090 in Frank's memory.
