Frank and I became friends at Jesuit High School. His leadership, his ever present smile, his kindness and his optimism distinguished him as a wonderful human being. We’ve remained friends throughout the years and enjoyed wonderful times together. He was very special to many people. He enriched our lives. My deepest condolences to Nancy and the wonderful family they raised together.

We met Frank many years ago when Nancy and I attended USF.We spent many years, after graduation, working for Hillsborough County Public Schools. He was respected and loved by colleagues, friends, and students.

So sorry to hear about coach Rock’s passing. I was lucky enough to see him a couple weeks ago. He always remembered me and our class of 66 from our football team. He and Leo were the best. Condolences to his family.

I am stunned by this news. He looked great the last time I saw him a couple of months ago. I met Frank when I was a freshman at Jesuit and later we re connected when I started teaching. He was larger than life. I always had so much respect and love for him. He was one of the great ones in so many of our lives. We will all miss him terribly.
