Frank V Castellano's Obituary
Frank passed away on January 16, 2023, at the age of 98. Born and raised in Ybor City where he co-owned Pete & Frank’s Service Station for 35 years. Frank was an Army Veteran having served in both WWII and the Korean War. Frank was active with the Sertoma Club and Sons of Italy. He served as President of the Sons of Italy for seven terms and State President Grand Lodge of Florida, Sons of Italy for one term.
He is survived by his daughters, Sandra Castellano and Valerie Herzog; son-in-law David Herzog; granddaughters, Kymburley Jenkins (Chris) and Lara Marie Herzog; step-grandchildren, Kristen Davis (Steve) and Vincent Herzog (Maria).
He is predeceased by his loving wife, Olga, of 69 years and daughter Marlene Pomeroy.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at the Boza and Roel Funeral Home from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, with graveside services on January 27, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., Myrtle Hill Memorial Park
