So sorry to hear about Francine. Good friends in elementary at Most Holy Name in Ybor City. Met up again as adults. Wonderful person. Thought and prayers 🙏🥰
So sorry to hear of her passing. She had the most expressive eyes. Knew her at Hillsborough, she was a class ahead. Recently moved back to TAMPA and contacted her and she said her grandchildren meant the world to her. Rose Hodge Zeiner
I have many fond memories of Francine while working with her at Dr. Stauffer’s office. She was a wonderful person and a very caring lady who would always give without reservation. I fondly recall visiting at the condo on the beach, celebrating birthdays at the apartment in Westshore, and multiple weddings and Christmas parties throughout the years. She was a part of my family and will be greatly missed. Heaven clearly received a special angel.
Much love and sympathy is extended to Ira and the family during this time of grief.
The Castellano family is so sorry to hear of this. Heartfelt condolences to the family. Francine was among the nicest person around.

I am so deeply sorry to hear the passing of Francine. I attended school with her and remember always her sweet smile. She was a wonderful person and friend. My condolences to her husband, his family and the Noto family. She will indeed never be forgotten. Rest in peace my friend. Linda Martinez Mannone.
I am so very sorry to hear of Francine‘s passing. I am at the school with her for many years, through graduation from HHS. I am proud to say we were very close friends through all the years we attended school together. I remember she attended my Sweet “16” and High School Graduation parties. I have pictures of her there. We have kept up our friendship through FB, and I recently texted her, I believe it was for her husband’s birthday. Please know she was one of the kindness, sweetest people I had the pleasure of knowing. I will love her forever.
So sorry to hear of the passing of Francine. We went to OLPH together for many years
My most heartfelt condolences to her family.
