Mrs Florence Olleita Mashburn's Obituary
Mashburn, Florence Olleita, 91 went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 3, 2008. She was born April 25, 1917, first born of nine children to Mabel and Sam Gillispie, raised in Fort Meade, Florida and lived in Tampa most of her adult life. Olleita was a devoted Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She was an independent sales person for Old 97 cosmetic products for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, C.B. (Brooks) Mashburn and Daughter Sharon Elaine Mashburn Eyring Gadd. Also a sister Teola Hollingsworth and brother Sam Gillispie, Jr. preceded her in death. She is survived by her Son and Daughter-in-law Larry and Peggy Mashburn of Tampa; Granddaughter Yvonne (Victor) Carrillo of Tampa; Grandsons Brian (Jackie) Mashburn of Oviedo, Florida and Derek (Deanna) Eyring of Tacoma, Washington. And Great Grandchildren Marlena and Tyler Carrillo; Austin and Brady Mashburn; and Riley and Evan Eyring. She is survived by 4 sisters: Dora (Smitty) Smith, Zephyrhills; Carolyn Swartz, Sun City; Glenda Mullins and Ruby Moody, Fort Meade; and 2 brothers Charles (Donna) Gillispie, Interlachen; and Bill (Jackie) Gillispie, Washington, GA. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews. A Fond Farewell and Thank You to the staff and special friends at Riverside Senior Center and Manor Care of Carrollwood. Funeral services will take place Boza and Roel funeral home at 4730 N. Armenia at 11 :00 a.m. Saturday, September 6,2008. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. Interment will follow services at Sunset Memory Gardens at 11005 US Highway 301 N. Boza & Roel Funeral Home
