Mr. Fernando P. Llana's Obituary
Llana, Fernando P. 87, lifelong resident of Tampa, passed away Monday, May 5, 2008. He is preceeded in death by his loving wife of more than 62 years, Hilda. He is survived by his daughter, Orchid Torres, and husband, Joe; son, Fred Llana, and wife, Michelle; grandchildren Mike Torres and wife, Michele; Ray Torres and wife, Yilay; Heather Williams and husband Jonathon; and Natalie and Raphael Llana; great-grandchildren, Marisa, Michaela, RayAnthony and Alexavier Torres; sister, Laura Cardoso; and two beloved nieces. Fernando was a World War II veteran, serving in New Guinea, the South Pacific and Japan. He was also a retired Letter Carrier for the USPS. The family will gather with friends for a memorial visitation from 5-7pm, Thursday, May 8, 2008 at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 N. Armenia Ave., Tampa, followed by a memorial service at 7 PM at the funeral home. The family would like to express special thanks to Johnny and Gloria Valdez, Don and Norma Marti, and Emmanuelle and Mati Hernandez, for many years of love and support. Thanks also to Alimar A.L.F , Dr J Casellas and Lifepath Hospice. Flowers will be accepted or contributions can be made to Lifepath Hospice. The family will receive friends at the conclusion of the service at Mr. Llana's residence.
