Fannie Spoto's Obituary
SPOTO, Fannie, born on October 3, 1921 in Ybor City, passed away November 24, 2016 at the age of 95, the matriarch of the LaRussa family. She is preceded in death by Philip Spoto, her husband of over 50 years, her brother and sister. She is survived by: son, Philip Jr (Barbara), daughters Carmen and Carol (Eldridge) Stanley, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and her beloved dogs: Coco and Bella. Fannie loved her family and friends deeply. A heartfelt thanks to Dina Lara, who was Fannie’s exceptional caregiver. Fannie was a founding member of Unita Lodge and a current member of La Unione Italia and the Sons of Italy. A memorial mass will be celebrated 10:30 a.m., Saturday, December 3, 2016 at Our Lady Of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 1711 E 11th Ave, Tampa, 33605.
