ALVAREZ, Eusebia, 76 0f Tampa passed away on November 16, 2009. She is survived by 2 sons, Alexander, Jorge; 2 daughters, Janet , Ivette; 8 grandchildren , 3 great-grandchildren and 7 siblings.
