We were away when Janet called about our Effie. What a wonderful woman she was. There will never be another Effie. She's a big part of our family as she raised us all, too. If you tried to list all the people who have been touched by Effie, you'd need a book. I hope you (family) know we hold you in our hearts and prayers. From our family, she had a welcoming committee in heaven consisting of her cousin Vergia, Vergia's husband Tom Fallon, my Dad Green and my Mom's brother Bob. So sorry!
