Ernesto V Antinori's Obituary
Antinori, Ernesto V. 88, of Tampa, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family on August 24, 2022. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Ernesto was born in Tampa to Ignacio and Philomena Antinori. Ernesto loved to fish, hunt, golf, and go dancing with his lovely wife. He attended college at University of Tampa, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in education. He taught 6th grade at W.J. Bryan Elementary school from mid 60s, also serving as a Summer School Principal there. Following his teaching career, he went to work for Anheuser- Busch brewery in Tampa, where he was a laboratory technician until retiring in 1997. He was a member of The Italian Club of Tampa, and a faithful parishioner of St. Lawrence Catholic Church of Tampa, along with his family. He married the love of his life, Eloise in 1959; they raised 4 children; sons, Ernie Antinori Jr., Richard (Kelly) Antinori, Michael (Lisa) Antinori, and daughter, Deborah Guevara; 5 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren; also 1 brother, Albert Antinori, as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends. Ernesto was preceded in death by his parents, Ignacio and Philomena, and a brother, Rudy Antinori.
Visitation services will be held on Tuesday, August 30, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm, with funeral service at 12:30pm, at Boza and Roel Funeral Home, 4730 N Armenia Avenue, Tampa, 33603. Burial will follow at Myrtle Hill Cemetery, in Tampa.
