Erna M. Scolaro's Obituary
Scolaro, Erna passed away on Nov 18, 2018 . She was 92. Erna was born in Vienna, Austria and came to America in 1946, at age 20, becoming one of the first war brides married in Tampa following World War II. She worked as a maternity and neonatal nurse for 44 years. Everyone always loved her accent. She was predeceased by her husband of 70 years, Tony. Erna will be deeply missed by her daughter Christy (Bill), sons Tony (Jan) and David (John); grandchildren Jeff, Jason (Kim), Kerry (Kelly), Jennifer (Jerry), and Alicia; great grandchildren Lucas, Isabella, Aiden, Nicholas, and Jace, sisters Helly Letofsky and Christl Dvorak, and many family members and friends. Interment will be at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida at a future date. In lieu of flowers, consider adopting your next pet from the Humane Society of Tampa Bay.
