Elsie M Rodriguez's Obituary
It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved mother. Elsie M. Rodriguez born in Vega Baja, P.R. to Natividad Silva and Carmelo Rodriguez. She passed away peacefully at the age of 83 on January 24, 2025.
Elsie retired after working 35 years as a CNA at St. Mary's Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. She is survived by her children, Lillian Grullon, Juan R. Rivero (wife Luisa Melendez) and Roberto Rivero; her Grandchildren Anthony (wife Brenda) Grullon, Christopher Grullon, Eleana Soto (Husband Ronny) and Kedzie Melendez and her Great grandchildren Nevaeh, Mekaela, Zidon, Enzo, Christopher, Maya, Ryder, Gemma and Analis, and her only surviving sister Betty Dieppa along with many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
Her passing has left a void in the hearts of her family, friends and many more whose lives were touched by her. We ask that you remember her not for the way her life ended, but for the way it was lived, and for the profound impact it had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
