Dear Diaz Family, I will always remember Elsa as a person who cared about children and wanted what was best for them. When she began, "Now Mary Lasris, I know you think I am pushy...". Then you would hear something that had to be done for a child. Her heart was always in the right place and so I know now she is in her best place. May you all find peace because I do believe Elsa has.
