DOW, Elisa L., 86, of Tampa, passed away Wednesday, August 27, 2008. She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years Robert Ernest Dow; brother-in-law Paul Dow and wife Linda of McKeesport, PA; nieces, nephews, and numerous cousins. Graveside services will be Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at 11 AM at Centro Asturiano Cemetery, Tampa. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
