Elba Iris Almodovar's Obituary
Elba Almodovar, better known by her family and friends as “Iris” passed away peacefully on February 9, 2023. She was born on October 24, 1956 to Santiago and Elba Almodovar and had one sibling,Omar.
She was a loving mother, a wife, a grandmother, a daughter, a sister and a friend. She had an amazing career with Dunn and Brad Street but decided to leave to raise her children. She loved music and dancing. She loved to travel with her husband. She loved parties and laughing but most of all she loved spending time with her family!
She is survived by her husband Nelson Diaz, children Xiomi Bullock and Christian Santiago and grandchildren Jordan Juan, Kamryn Bullock and Arianna Mcgucken.
Iris was preceded in death by her parents Elba & Santiago Almodovar and by her brother Omar Almodovar and daughter Jazmin Santiago.
A graveside service will be held at 11am Friday at Rest Haven Memorial Park. A celebration of Iris's life will take place after the service at 13409 Interlaken Rd Odessa, FL.
