CARTER, Elaine M., 61, of Tampa, passed away, Monday, May 22, 2017. She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Craig Carter; her daughters, Jennifer Perez and Elizabeth Carter; her sons-in-law James Perez and Jason Hoffman; her 5 Grandchildren Angel, Eion, Ylaina, Jaxson and Ellie; her sister, Cindy Stucker; her nephew Jack Stucker; and her brother-in-law, Ronald (Ronnie) Jones. The family will receive friends for a Memorial Visitation, Saturday, June 3, 2017, between 2 and 4 PM, with a time to share memories beginning around 3 PM at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 North Armenia Avenue, Tampa. In lieu of flowers please donate to Big Cat Rescue in Tampa, Florida in her name.
