MARLOW, Edward V., 83, of Tampa, passed away Friday, September 11, 2015. He is survived by his loving children; Dianne Ferrar, James E. Marlow, Michelle Driver and Vikki Marlow, extended family and many friends. Services will be private at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
