Don McMahon's Obituary
McMAHON, Donald W., passed away November 12, 2015. He was born to the late Walter F. and Sarah Moore McMahon on November 18, 1926. Donald received his pilot’s license at the age of 16 in preparation of voluntarily joining the Army Air Corps at age 19 and proudly serving his country as a pilot during WWII. He received his B.A. from the University of Tampa, graduating with numerous accolades. Donald retired from Booker and Company, where he was employed at an outside sales agent. He had a love for all animals and was a loyal Gators and Buccaneers fan. Donald is survived by Marie, his devoted wife of 60 years, daughter Linda Cagnina, son Frank McMahon and wife Daneine, grandchildren; Christina Curry and husband Scott, Tommy Cagnina, Jr. and fianceé Holly Hammette, Donald Winston McMahon II and wife Stephanie, Frank Donald McMahon II, and Danielle Diana McMahon, extended family and numerous friends. A visitation will be held 11 am – 1 pm followed by a funeral service at 1 pm on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 N. Armenia Ave, Tampa, FL 33603. Interment will follow at Centro Español Memorial Park. A special thanks for the superior health care given by Doctor Remegio Palumbo.
