Don was my guitar teacher growing up. He was an excellent mentor and human being, and he inspired me to pursue music throughout my life. I'm very saddened to learn of his death. I'm sorry I didn't hear about it sooner, I would have attended the funeral. Don, my heart goes out to your family and loved ones. I am so grateful we got to speak on the phone and I could tell you all I've gotten to do with music thanks to your lessons, guidance, and love. Our jam sessions will be in my heart forever and I will never forget all you taught me. I know you're keepin' it real out there, and I will see you on the other side. Take care, my friend.
