Delfina D Exposito's Obituary
Delfina D Exposito 'Nena', rejoiced when she reunited with her husband of 55 years, Jesus Exposito, who predeceased her just 8 months ago. They had married in Havana, Cuba arriving in this country in 1963. A native of Havana, Cuba she was always proud of her Spanish heritage. Always grateful to the U.S.A. for receiving them and giving them a second chance at freedom and the American way of life;and whose daily prayers always included God Bless America. An accountant by profession she was an employee of Arthur Andersen CPA firm before joining her husband as co-owner of Tio Pepe's Restaurant, award winning from 1976-2010. She was the daughter of Manuel Diaz, and Delfina Val, and is survived by a son: Alberto Otero, and his wife, of Miami; and her sister in law: Maria Exposito of Tampa.A Funeral Mass will be Offered for the Repose of her Soul, Monday, August 21st, at 11:00 AM. The Family will receive friends from 10 AM until 11AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church 3012 W. Cherry Street. Entombment will follow in Centro Asturiano Memorial Park. In Lieu of Flowers donations may be made to Suncoast Hospice, or Centro Asturiano Club of Tampa."A very good woman has entered paradise and we will miss he very much".
