Dave was so friendly and Kind! My first staff meeting, I walked in, completely overwhelmed and Dave was the first person to introduce himself and chat with me like I was an old friend. I'll miss his friendship.
I used to help facilitate a couple of workshops in Tampa each year that included a big dinner for the clients at the office. I loved it when our bus pulled up and the office staff came out to greet our clients, It always felt like coming home. Dave was always there, greeting everyone warmly with that big contagious smile! It was fun to catch up with him in person - especially when it didn't involve computer issues! And he always made me laugh. I remember one night we we talked all about his daughter taking the SAT and applying to college. He was so proud. Such a special, special man.
It has always been an absolute pleasure working with and knowing Dave. He was always one of the quickest people to help and never came across a problem he wasn't willing to find a solution for. Not only will his expertise be truly missed as a colleague, but his sense of humor, loyalty, and kindness will be missed by so many.
Dave always demonstrated great character in his work at CSS. He was so patient with everyone, always seeking to solve whatever problem people had. He treated our money as a company as if it was his money while seeking to find solutions for each scenario. He was a great example of our company values, Quality, Integrity, and Responsiveness. We will miss him. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
Dave will be missed by all of us in his CSS family. He was "the guy", "Super Dave", our go to resource. And always, ALWAYS, with a positive and giving attitude. He was so kind and so generous of spirit. To his family, I am so sorry for your loss. Know that his legacy lives on in all of that knew him. Thoughts and prayers to you.
When I first started work with CSS, Dave was so kind and helpful to the "new kid". He took the time to explain how things worked, made sure I had everything I needed and we became fast friends. I got to know his amazing wife and watched his beautiful daughter grow up to be such a lovely young woman. I have so many great memories, but if I had to pick my favorite, it would be watching tough guy Dave save the life of a baby squirrel that he had found. He brought it to work, kept it warm and bottle fed the tiny, pink and hairless little orphan every hour. He's a tough guy with a heart of gold. Today "Tweek" is a happy, healthy and very spoiled little squirrel living in the lap of luxury. I will miss my friend - my "brother from another mother" - his stories, our conversations about anything and everything and his jokes that always made me smile and made my day a little brighter.
