Daniel Ireland's Obituary
IRELAND, Daniel Lee, 67, of Tampa, passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Margaret Ireland. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Jo Anne Ireland; sons, Timothy Ireland (Alison), Christopher Ireland; 3 grandchildren, Michael, Aaron and Ryan Ireland. He proudly served his country as a Huey Helicopter Crew Chief during the Vietnam War. He was a devoted Husband, Father and Grandfather. He retired as Vice President of Pre-Con Construction where he was instrumental in the construction of several landmarks throughout the Southeastern United States, including Raymond James Stadium,Amalie Arena,Tampa International Airport and American Airlines Arena just to name a few. He was referred to as E-O by his 3 grandsons whom he loved more than life itself and never missed one of their baseball games or other activities. He will forever have the best seat in the house and will be missed dearly.The family will receive friends for Visitation Monday, January 12, 2015 between 6 and 8 PM at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 North Armenia Avenue, Tampa. Interment services will be Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 1 PM at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Lifepath Hospice.
