I had the good fortune to serve with Dale at Portsmouth, Va, aboard USS Newport News
and in G Battery 3rd Battalion 10th Marines at Camp LeJeune, N.C. from 1963 to 1966. We were discharged on the same day in 1966. A solid man, a real Marine and a great comrade. I am truly saddened to learn of his passing.

I enjoyed working at Delta with Dale and playing softball with him. All three Dale, Mary and Les, working at the airport became family.. We enjoyed good times together. GOD Bless Mary, Les, Jodi, Katie and the family. We will keep you in our prayers.

Dale was a wonderful person who always seemed to look at the bright side of things, He was kind and someone who liked you for yourself with no other motives. He loved Mary and his family and worked hard for Delta. I used to call him "Dale Boyette Boy Wonder". To me, he will always be just that !!! john de lotto

Just wanted you to know I looked up to Dale and thought very highly of him. He was well respected by all the employees at Delta. I remember went I went to two weeks of ticketing school in Atlanta and returned to Tampa, they assigned Dale to help me for one day learning the ticket counter. He told me I will stand behind you and let you work the passengers. I will never forget how kind he was and I learned more that day working with Dale than I did the two weeks of training in Atlanta. Getting a job with Delta was a God-thing and I will always be thankful for the opportunity to have worked with the best airline in the industry. I will also be very thankful to have worked with such a kind person as Dale. When we had coffee breaks together he made me feel. like I was really important and I also felt privileged to go on a break with a supervisor! You are very right. Dale will be dearly missed by everyone that he came in contact with, because of his pleasant disposition!!!
