When we are born, the first friends we have in life are our parents. As we grow, we meet friends and acquaintances along the way in life’s journey. I decided to list all my friends from as way back as my feeble memory could possibly recall, and I couldn’t go further than Cindy. My mind froze for a few minutes, as I reminisced about our friendship, and special love for one another. Cindy was not only my friend, she was like family. She loved me unconditionally, no matter what. Once, in my life, I was in a very dark and dangerous place. Cindy came running to my rescue, and didn’t leave until she knew I was 100% safe and sound. Cindy saved my life that night, and helped me see the light God was shining in front of me. She and Lori have always stood beside me. When my son, Roberto, graduated from High School and college, Cindy and Lori were front and center, taking pictures, as if he were a movie star. They created a beautifully bound photo album, that I will forever cherish in my heart. As difficult as it is to accept my beautiful, and loving friend of 50 years having been called home, I can only bask in glory of God’s blessing for putting her in my life. I will forever be grateful for her loving and caring ways. Just as the angels danced on the day she was born , they now dance excitingly, welcoming her home. May you Rest In Peace in the arms of our Lord, sweet angel. Now, you can pet all the giraffes you want my sweetness. I also want you to know, we will all take care of your beloved Lori.
May God Bless Your Beautiful Family. Love Always, Lorraine ❤️
