Cono Robert LaGuardia's Obituary
Cono (Bob) was born in Brooklyn, NY to Nicholas and Lena (nee Lucent) LaGuardia on August 10, 1951 and was called home February 26, 2022 at the age of 70.
He is survived by Chris, his loving wife of 50 years, his daughter Andrea LaGuardia Ewing of Tampa, Son-In-Law Eliah Ewing (whom he loved like a son), Grandsons; Justin, Gehrig and Aiden, his Father Nicholas of Tampa and Brother Thomas (Donna) of Wisconsin. He was predeceased by his Mother Lena, Sister Roseann Rogers and Brother Louis.
A longtime resident of Manorville, NY, Bob was very active in the Manorville Athletic League as a softball coach and chief umpire. He showed up many times with a suit and tie, unable to stop home to change because, he did not want to disappoint any of the teams or, most of all, Andrea.
Bob enjoyed a 40 plus year sales career, serving the NY Metropolitan market in the Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Piping Industry. He was always the professional by aiding and assisting the contractor and engineering communities with regard to proper product selection and installation. His unparalleled product knowledge and dedication to a job well done are evident in the many systems and specifications he had a hand in developing over his many years in the industry.
Bob, also, leaves behind many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers and sisters-in-law, along with friends all of whom he loved very much.
Bob was a kidney transplant recipient and suffered with Diabetes for many years which is why we ask you to consider a memorial donation to the American Diabetes Association
