Carolyn B. Patch's Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Carolyn Blake Patch announces her passing at the age of 85. Carolyn was born in Tampa, Florida in 1939 and graduated from Hillsborough High School in 1957. After graduation, she worked as a beautician for many years. Carolyn devoted her life to her family, friends, and church. She had a great love for animals, especially dogs, as well as a deep appreciation for people. Carolyn thrived on hugs and visiting with relatives and loved ones. She was a patriot through and through, as she always made sure a flag was displayed outside her home. Carolyn will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Carolyn is survived by her sons Jim Sacarello (Marlene) and Tony (Daralyn); stepsons Steven Patch (Poppy) and David Patch (Kelly); grandchildren Christopher Griffin, Jennifer Bush (Jay), Christopher Sacarello (Rachel), Nikki Giddens (Philip), Crystal Bardowell (Stephen), Megan Sacarello, Zach Patch, Josh Patch, and Logan Patch; great-grandchildren J.W. Bush, Jack Bush, Jett Bush, Zander Sacarello, Jevin Sacarello, Cosima Bardowell, Immanuel Bardowell, and Corin Bardowell; niece Cara Sachse; great-niece Amber McCandless; great nephew Donald Piel, great-great-nieces Kylie McCandless, Kalista McCandless, and Khloe McCandless.
A memorial will be held on Saturday, March 22 at Palma Ceia Presbyterian Church (3501 W San Jose St in Tampa). The main service will start at 10:00 AM, and a reception will follow immediately after, around 11:00 AM. Flowers may be sent to the Church.
