Carmen G Toro's Obituary
Carmen Greco Toro, 71, passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2020. She was born and raised in Tampa and attended local schools, graduating from Plant High School in 1967. She was a former Program Specialist for State of Florida, Department of Children and Families her entire career. Carmen was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joel. She is survived by her sisters, Sylvia (Robin) Hastings and Norma King, and her brother, Carl Greco. Additionally, she is survived by four nephews, Chad (Sara), Blake, Scott (Abby) Hastings, and Jeremy (Sara) Harris and niece, Allison (Ken) Hudgins, all of whom she adored. She is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews and many cousins and dear friends. Carmen was cherished by her family and will be deeply missed. A private funeral service for immediate family will take place on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 10:00am. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in Carmen's name to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
