Carlos St Louis known as Carlie to me is my bestfriend. Carlie and I met working together. After only one conversation we became friends along the way we developed a Bond that could not be broken. We was always together. I miss him so much. We laughed joked talked for hours made ways to be there for one another. We were planning to go on a cruise in July 2019. Everybody he came in contact with thought very highly of him

Carlos worked for me a few months ago, he left such an impression on is coworkers and myself. He was kind, thoughtful, joyful and a pleasure to work with. We were all very saddened by this tragic and unexpected news. Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family. We hope the perpetrators are caught and brought to a swift justice before they bring such loss to others. Our sincere condolences.
