LUGO, Carlos C., 91, passed away April 30, 2016, reuniting with Margarita, his one true love, with whom he was married to for 64 years. Carlos is survived by son Eduardo Lugo (Carol), granddaughters; Kim Tettemer (Bill), Erika Santiago (Rafael), Anne Vaughan (James), 7 great grandchildren; Madeline, Liam, and Katie Tettemer, Jacob McGough, Christian Santiago, Victoria and Alessandra Vaughan. A graveside service will be conducted 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Pyramid Crypts Cemetery, Tampa, 33603.
