Beverly Irene Atwood's Obituary
Beverly Irene Bryant Atwood, age 63, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August
18, 2018, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa. For being such a small woman, she
was a strong and mighty warrior who fought a long and hard battle. She was born
on January 18, 1955 in Watertown, New York, to Rosemary Fayette Bryant and
Gordon Bryant, both whom predeceased her. She is survived by her husband of
38 years, Herbert Atwood, her 2 daughters, Patty Atwood (Michael Priolo) and
Susie Esparza (Chuy Esparza), 4 grandchildren, William Hayes, Dakotah Brown
(Chad Brown), Alejandro Esparza, Diego Esparza, and 2 great-grandchildren,
Brantley Hayes and Oakleigh Brown, all of whom she loved dearly. She is also
survived by her 2 step children, Karen Albritton and Ann Atwood Brown, 6
brothers and sisters, many step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and lots of fourlegged
fur babies that she loved with all of her heart. Those who knew her, know
that she fed anything that happened to end up in her yard. She loved flowers and
nature. The visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, August
22nd from 6-8 pm at the Boza & Roel Funeral Home (4730 N. Armenia Ave.,
Tampa), and the funeral will be held on Friday, August 24th at 1:00 pm at Rose Hill
Memorial Park (4406 E. Chelsea Avenue, Tampa).
