Bertha Lopez Nunez's Obituary
Nunez, Bertha Lopez, 95, of Tampa died February 13, 2014. "Tita" was pre-deceased by her loving daughter, Nancy Sanchez Weekley (Keith), her first husband of 13 years Reinaldo Sanchez, and her second husband of 44 years Mario Nunez. She is survived by her daughter Bertha Dominguez; granddaughters Lisa Dominguez, Dina Dominguez Canasi (Simon), and Kristin Weekley del Signore (Anthony); her great grandchildren AnnMarie Parrino, Albert Dominguez, and Harper Nancy del Signore; her step great grandchildren Alex Canasi and Brittany Canasi; her nieces Eileen Duarte Kaminski and Allison Kaminski Sullenberger, Loretta Lopez Ward, and her nephew Julian Lopez; and many other family members. Tita retired from Tampa Bay Downs after many years of dedicated service. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Friday, February 21, 2014 at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 N. Armenia Ave., Tampa, FL. Interment will follow in Centro Asturiano Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Friday from 1 to 2 PM at the funeral home chapel.
