I met 'Mr. Diz' in'63 at the sheetmetal shop at Macdill. He was the kindest man I had ever met. He taught me a trade and told plenty of fishing series. Such a gentleman, such a big heart. A wonderful sense of humor and a terrific laugh. Thank you Arthur for all the warmth and kindness and for being my friend. Bless you and May You Rest in Peace.
I was so sorry to hear about Mr Diaz passing. While stationed at MacDill I had the privilege of working with Arthur in the sheet metal shop. He not only was a great craftsman but was a wonderful mentor as well.God bless him and his family.
