Mrs. Antoinette Di Stefano's Obituary
Di Stefano, Antoinette Marie (Mo), 81, of Temple Terrace, FL, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family on Dec. 8, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vincenzo Ingoglia and Maria Ingoglia Sedita, brother Phil Ingoglia, and step siblings Joe Sedita and Rose Rothert. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Henry Di Stefano and her children Joe Di Stefano (Debbie) and Rose Pasquino (Darren); grandchildren Anthony Di Stefano (Taylor), Michael Di Stefano (Jenna) and Derek Pasquino; great grandson Jacob Di Stefano, loving sisters-in-law Bessie Lo Scalzo (Vince) and Linda Unfried (Karl) and many nieces, nephews and extended family. Antoinette initially worked for GTE and then for Hillsborough County for 27 years in the Information and Technology Department until her retirement in 1996. She was a wonderful and loving Wife, Mother, Nani and friend to many. Antoinette and her husband were active members of Corpus Christi Catholic Church, heavily involved in the Young at Heart Group and received the St. Jude the Apostle Award from the Diocese of St. Petersburg in 2007. Pallbearers include Anthony and Michael Di Stefano, Darren and Derek Pasquino, Joe and Steve La Perna, Roger Rodriguez, Jr. and Trent Robinson. Junior pallbearer will be Jacob Di Stefano. We want to acknowledge and thank the many caregivers who have been with us around the clock for the last 5 months. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM with recitation of the Catholic Wake Rite at 7:30 PM on Sunday, Dec. 13, 2015 at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 N. Armenia Ave., Tampa, FL. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 AM on Monday, Dec. 14, 2015 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 9715 N. 56th St., Temple Terrace, FL. Entombment will follow in Garden of Memories. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Parkinson's Foundation, LifePath Hospice Melech House or the charity of your choice.
