STEPHENS, Andrew James, 43 of Tampa passed away on February 9, 2012. He is survived by his mother, Delma Stephens and aunts, uncles and cousins. He graduated from H.B Plant High School in 1985 and attended Wofford College in Spartanburg, S.C. and graduated from Florida State University in 1990. Private services will be held.
