I will certainly miss Andrew! I used to play for Andy and Sammy when they would come in to CDB's Uptown, especially during Gasparilla, when they would sing for the crowd. Everyone loved to hear them! I will sure miss seeing Andy at our monthly musician's luncheons! He always had a big smile, and was always on the upside of life! My thoughts and prayers go out to his family! Barbara St. Denis

Whenever I would ask Andrew to dance at the coronation for KSY or LBF, he would join me immediately. Then he would get worried and tell me he thinks Joe would get jealous. We have lost a Tampa icon who always brought joy to all, was everyone's friend, and constantly ready to do a favor. The Arena family was such a huge part of my childhood. My Nana was Andrew's Godmother and we visited each other often. I have vivid memories of my mom tucking me into bed and hearing my prayers when I was four years old. The twins were away in the service (presumably fighting the Korean War) and every night I would ask God to "bless Sammy and Andrew". I will never forget their devotion to my grandmother and the night they publicly recognized her at their concert at the Straz Center.---the happiest night of her life, And I remember sobbing through their performance of "Mama Cara Mama" at the Letter Carrier's Hall after my mother passed on. Rest in peace dear Andrew. And sincere condolences to his family.
