FERNANDEZ, JR., Alfredo, 52, of Tampa, passed away Friday, May 14, 2010. He was preceded in death by his mother Graciela Fernandez. He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Juana Fernandez; sons, Enrique A. and Stephen E. Fernandez; father, Alfredo L. Fernandez; brothers, Leo A. Perez, MD and wife Fabiola, Steve Perez and wife Maria; sister, Ketty Vasquez and husband Michael; 6 nieces and nephews and 6 grand nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends for Visitation Tuesday, May 18, 2010 between 5 and 9 PM at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 North Armenia Avenue, Tampa.
