"Cepero" was many things to many people and made an impact wherever he went. He was family and a wonderful friend to my Abuelo (Hugo F. Vergara). He loved my Abuela dearly as she loved him as one would a brother. Cepero passed exactly one month to the day that my Abuelo passed away. I like to think of them as being up in Heaven together, drinking Cuban coffee, smoking Cuban made cigars and playing Dominos. May the memories of him make your heart smile always ' Our deepest sympathy and prayers go out to your entire family.
